Jamshid Sultanov, a British-Uzbek Society member, has organised a fundraising campaign to provide a much-needed humanitarian aid to the victims of recent floods at the Sardoba reservoir of Syrdarya region. Thanks to the generous donations and support from the people around the world, Jamshid and his supporters have managed to collect valuable contributions and deliver humanitarian aid directly to those in need who have lost their homes and belongings. With these donations, Jamshid and his team have helped hundreds of victims with an important message – regardless of where they are, they will always support their community in Uzbekistan – no wealth could replace this happiness.

Jamshid would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their kindness; and extend his special thanks to Mr Jahongir Sidikov, Mr Richard Mozelenski, Mr Sherzod Zufarov and Mr Berdibek Akhmedov for their massive support of this fundraising campaign.

Jamshid Sultanov, who was born and raised in Kokand, Uzbekistan, is currently working in the aviation business industry in London. Jamshid is a proud member of British-Uzbek Society.
